After ordering i received an email from the ordering service stating  that they ship directly from their where house and that nothing will be neatly folded. That was the case with my order but it did not really matter items came new and clean just need to put them on a hangar for a little bit. I order 14 different items and after the 20% discount

Pros: Great quality and fast shipping! Price of goods and shipping cost

Cons: Shipping material is poor (but the items were fine just looked poor becuase the package was dirty)
